About Shipping

All state laws require an adult signature at the time of delivery for any alcohol shipment. Adult Signature Required – MUST be over 21 to sign for wine packages! It is strongly recommended to ship orders to a business address. DO NOT use a P.O Box. If your package is returned to Lake Anna Winery as non-deliverable for any reason, 2 attempts for delivery will be made. Unsuccessful deliveries of merchandise – if not damaged will be refunded, however, shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

The amount charged to your credit card includes: the price of the wine, tax if applicable, handling fees, PLUS shipping charges based on shipping rates to your address/zip code. States We Ship To: AK, FL, NC, MD, MN, NM, VA, DC, CA, MO.

Refunds

Lake Anna Winery wants you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your online or retail shop purchase, Lake Anna Winery will accept returns or exchanges of merchandise with a valid receipt within 60 days of purchase. A valid receipt is the copy of your confirmation email order summary – if you ordered online. Or the original store receipt. If you do not have a receipt, but the merchandise is returned within 60 days of purchase, a merchandise credit will be issued.
